Now is the TIME to really get on your brokers to get ALL your RMIL shares delivered in NAME form! I mean get off the backsides and get it done. This halt means that their can be no short covering, but all CERTIFICATE orders and other business goes on as usual! This HALT should force a count of all shares in NAME vs STREET, and I think the truth will come out about the suspected naked short position in the stock. So it may not be that bad of a deal for us.
