Depends on your broker, some have policies like they will buy it out of your account at a penny per share and then you can take the loss. Other brokers have other programs, others have none.

Funny, I see RMIL as a major CAPITAL GAIN after we open back up for trading. I see the naked sellers (shorts) being forced to start covering.
