Experience tells us that this is going to take a long long time and when it resumes trading it's probably going to be way WAY down, and trading only on pink sheets. There's a long process for the SEC, the MMs, and the company to get back to trading even if the SEC finds nothing wrong.

Ellen,It will take awhile to research all the acquistions-mergers,etc.
There is no company history(the records were lost)-the SEC won't take chances, especially in light of recent Nasdaq proposed rule changes etc.

PS: maybe they could recruit Mike K.to speed things up some-it appears you gave him far to little credit...

Ellen,

go on over to the GRNO thread to see what a trading halt
did to that stock. Even though the company was cleared
of any major wrong doings the company is still trading
on the Pink sheets and the price has tanked from $5.00
to .25 - 1.00 depending on the day.

I'm sure a couple of the people on the GRNO thread would
be able to fill you in on any questions you have.

Ellen,

I don't mean to be "mean", but you are still thinking in a slighty naieve perspective.

15C-211 requires the company to have ALL financial information updated and each mmkr must submit that they have met the requirements of 15c-211... ie: fully reviewing all current information.

RMIL will have to not only hold off the SEC "dogs" subpoenaing pertinent information, spending their money on qualified legal representation (retain the best guys.. it's an investment in the future), but they will have to convince their equity partner that they are still a current and viable entity while under the scrutinizing eye of the SEC.

I don't think the SEC would have taken this action unless they have a pretty solid case sewn up. They don't like spending money on no return scenarios. And one of these investigations can cost the government well into the 7 figure price.

We'll see.. but unless this company can present some compelling reasons to mmkrs, you all have your dresser drawers full of expensive wallpaper.

And Riley.. I strongly suspect they will be subpoenaing your trading records as well as your bank accounts. Get your documents ready and pray you have nothing to hide.

Regards,

Ron
