Forget the headlines created by partisan wingers out for blood, this is what he is actually saying:

“Here’s my plan,” Biden said — using words more commonly associated with a politician eyeing his future than a vice president about to retire — as he spoke of potentially transferring tax breaks for the wealthy to pay for community college and deficit reduction, as well as training and retraining the next generation of American workers. He also urged more investment in infrastructure, to keep companies on American soil.

Biden, in his rally speech, said the tax code is to blame for the rich getting a bigger piece of the economic pie.

"It used to be when productivity went up in America, everybody got a chance to share," said Biden. "They got a piece of the action... Why in God's name should a man or a woman working in a steel mill make $50,000 a year when someone on Wall Street makes millions of dollars a year?"

What other presidential candidate could be popular with the voting public with this behind him or her?

According to the New York Daily News, ex-student Robert Guillo, 75, said that every workshop and class he attended charged a fee and that the nature of the business became clear to him very quickly.

"As soon as I attended the first workshop, I knew I had been scammed," Guillo said to the NYDN. "Every single workshop, they charged you another amount. Everything was to get you to spend more and more and more."

"I wasted my entire life savings on Trump," said Staten Island resident Nelly Cunningham. "I spent $1,495 on the Trump three-day seminar and $24,995 on the Trump Gold Elite mentorship package, only to be demeaned and belittled. I feel like such a fool."

New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman told the Daily News that some 600 former students have filed suit in the Manhattan Supreme Court. A similar pair of class action suits are pending in California.
