Tonto It says no more than they're investigating and RMIL has to come thru w/ the goods. Also, I'm sure alot of 'brokers' have fed the SEC info also , as well as those with much to lose. We'll see, won't we?, Pugs

Tonto: Very good post. Thanks for the learning experience / lessons. I would say you and MK and others have helped the typical SI investor (myself particularly) that wants to do proper DD to greatly improve their skills. In particular, your post earlier this morning about questions to ask about rumors of a $30MM backlog in orders was great. Through proper modeling I'll be able to apply that style of critical thinking to claims / rumors in my other investments. Personally, I've been quite naive in the past and believed way too much, IR, CEO's, etc., have told me. Regards, KMT
