GRNO had all their ducks in a row and it was still halted for several months and when trading resumed it was on pink sheets. The SEC found nothing wrong, but told them to watch the press releases. They can't just start trading again and go about business as usuall. It's a long process.

It does take a long time to resume trading when the SEC halts it unless it's the type of halt caused by heavy selling, like some tech companies had done a few weeks ago.

I just spoke with Lori at the company and she said YES they still intend to release the financials by year end.

Did you ask her if this impacts an Asian investor loaning them $5MM?
