Today's poor people eat garbage, and use cars to go 2 blocks to get food,
the military back then was different then the one today, draftee's vs volunteers.

If capital is used correctly it's a great thing, here in Northbrook Illinois, they build
5-6 bedroom houses 4 car garages for a family of 4. Modern houses are better than
shacks.

Most cities in America have little public transportation, London was a city were one
didn't need to own a car, suburbia in America changed that quite a bit.

America had dial tones forever and communication is no longer in isolation but
worldwide, that is a wonderful development.

I'm not knocking the world evolving, becoming more modern, it's the misallocation
of capital and assets that troubling.
