After I posted I decided to do some research on the seller. I wonder if it was just a glitch in their system. The seller has earned a 4.7 rating from 299 reviews in the last 12 months. I read some of the feedback and none mentioned problems with payment, with feedback being about an item rather than the seller. It also seems they have a long history with Amazon.com with a total of 1,322 reviews, 91% positive. Yet the service representative from Amazon who called me back said, as far as she could tell, they don't accept Amazon Visa. I think I'll re-order and see what happens.

I'd heard that Amazon now offers some Prime content for download to iOS and android devices (so you can watch when offline). I'm flying tomorrow and haven't been able to find any content available for download. Even the Amazon Originals aren't available.

Disappointed.
