I cited the source rather then steal his work as if it was mine. The fact that one of the pieces was written for the Adam Smith institute isn't very relevant. In any case his argument was consistent with Adam Smith views. Not that it would matter much if it wasn't, but it was. Can you find anything anywhere by Adam Smith (who wrote quite a lot) that suggest a good way for businessmen to get rich is to pay their employees a lot more?
