First of all, thanks for getting off the last topic. If you were still talking about it I'd have to go back and research posts and I'm too lazy for that.

On defense spending, if we exclude the last 10 years do you think I might be right? I just saw that the Chinese are planning to go over $200 Billion by 2020 or so and considering that the USD goes a LOT farther there than it does here I would think they might be moving more rapidly on defense build up than we are at this point (by a lot).

I think a major factor in Chinese aggression is working to cripple our infrastructure and everything else by attacking our vulnerabilities through the internet.

They seem to be doing a good job on the that.

If Reagan were president now I don't think it would make much difference.
