Well, we always agree to disagree.

I look at personalities more than I look at armaments.

Krushchev didn't scare me that much. (Actually he did scare me but I was just a kid). But I did think, even at that time that Krushchev was just a cog in a big machinery called the politburo.

I don't think it's the same with Putin.

Krushchev couldn't have started a war without 20 guys agreeing with him.

I think Putin could start a war if he just WANTED to...

And those 10,000 nukes they've got now are much more accurate and much more powerful and have multiple warheads.
