Would it be material news to a company if by example it was going to give prior written consent to another company to allow it to sell its shares it received in a sale of property.From where I come from this is material news .My guess it does not show in SEDAR or NR database that consent was given to UBR to sell these shares.It may have been given but Joe retail shareholder was not on the list to know.Need to find that link or news that consent was given.Maybe hoov knows where its at.It is material though .
