I am glad that you find this interesting enough to post to yourself lol The material info, is Uragolds report not that the release was given, So while sleuthing, look under Uragold.

Glazed: That's some excellent DD by you and helo.

If recent comments by a few posters that those CCB shares are gone from UBR's Audited Financial Statements are true and the purchase agreement precluded a sale until next month then that is something worth further investigation.

It would be highly unusual for UBR's Auditors to remove those CCB shares from the Assets Column and not include an accompanying note on their disposition. It would also be very unusual if that disposition violated the terms of the Asbury sale and the Auditors didn't mention that.

I'd dig into the Financial Statements and UBR's MD&A but I'm not really that interested in spending time on that. I don't own CCB so I don't really care. If nobody else does it, I might reconsider.
