Gee chieffy, for what is supposed to be a non-issue, you guys have spent a lot of hours keeping legs under it. Hoov posted non-stop last night and kept Bob awake. You rabbited on about it for a good part of last night and here you are this morning still going on about it. Did you dream about it all night? I wonder why you feel the need to respond to it at all? What is it that someone is worried about?

Actually I think you might be wrong chief. The material news is on the part of both parties. As the news states and hoov pointed out.

"iii) not to sell, transfer, gift, assign pledge, hypothecate the common shares for a three-year period without the prior written consent of Canada Carbon (other than as permitted in the voting agreement),"

So in order for UBR to sell the shares written consent must have been given late 2013 or so same time the Bob greenfield other alias's appeared on stockhouse.Since their is no news confirming this pinning a date down might be hard.Since stockwatch still shjows no record of transactions. UBR has shown in its SEDARS a disposition over a period of time of its shares. No matter how you try to spin this a agreement involving stock in a sale of a property being amended is MATERIAL news. Both companies dropped the ball telling shareholders imo.
