Actually the middle of nowhere not true , its true geographically but not strategically.
The buildings have been inspected. Slabs are good, and steel frame good. So you rip off the alluminum, put new stuff on, foam it for insulation and put in some doors. End of reno. Install equip and off to races.

NLWest, yes the buildings are in need of repair, most likely will be renovated or tear down and re build.
BTW NLWest how are the buildings on the Zen mine site , are they in need of repair?
Mine opening in 2 years will need equipment storage.
