I think it is an excellent deal for Apricus. Previously they had nothing, now they will get double digit royalties and milestones as a minimum provided they get through FDA approvals which should be a slam dunk based on the European approvals/sales.

Now we just need to see how they plan to do the financing. I prefer another direct placement with Sarissa combined with some debt.
