Check out the stats, Tim.....they belie your dower view of the economy: bls.gov There are numerous metros that have booming job growth and where unemployment rates are hitting rock bottom: bls.gov What's that you say? Job growth in the DC metro area is lagging the rest of the country? Well that's because the business of DC is the federal gov't and your boys have put a lid on federal hiring. That's why my postal service has deteriorated; why it can take as much as 4 mos for the IRS to respond to requests and why social security requests are backlogged. Bottom line: Rs are asswipes who are inept at pretty much everything including running the gov't and waging war. And yeah, the US has the best economy in the world right now..........thank you President Obama!
