I am in textile stock called INNO. They recently filed S-3. I read it, but can't figure out if the managment is selling all their shares.
It looks like it, but I thought they had to fill out 144 to do that.
I read the explanation of the form on Free EDGAR, but it did not help.

Can someone explain what the purpose of the S-3 is?
