Wayne, Yes, the "tri-lateral Letter of Intent" is quite interesting! In their previous Press Release, they said: "This team includes well-respected individuals with vast experience in accounting, public relations and Wall Street finance, in addition to extensive experience within the industry itself." Now it is becoming more clear that this is far more than just a "little ol' CVIA deal." I'll bet somebody has been working on this for longer than we realize. It looks like there are several (perhaps quite a few) professional people working on this and apparently (from the previous Press Release) are going to be a part of it. I have always believed that the best leaders bring good people together and let them do what they do best. That is what I think could be happening here. Jack Arnold is bringing people from the right backgrounds together to do what each of them do best. I like it! You know, the more I go back and forth reviewing CVIA's previous Press Releases, the more clearly I see the picture coming together. I think 1998 could prove to be VERY interesting! :-) BTW, Wayne, I agree with James. Your posting might be long, but they are GOOD! Keep up the good work! Best wishes, Brad
