Alex: Thank's for your detailed posts. IPC is still trading 13% higher in Sweden... As I understand it you have no problem accepting the offer if you already own the stock, but if you bought IPC less than 3 trading days before December 23, then it's another story. Anyway, Sands is expected to extend the acceptance period for a couple of days, this is a standard procedure in Sweden, don't know about Canada. We can expect a press release later today or after Christmas (Dec.29-30), as soon as they have finished counting all 44 million votes... Tomas
