My guess is that 300K shares (1/10) of the total will not be converted. I think the company could have easily stepped in on Friday and bought enough BNGO to support the price and allow a total conversion to take place. I think it is short sighted of the company to stand by and lose the opportunity for the full effect of the warrant call. A more aggresive move would have facilitied the raising of an additional $1.5 million (assuming my 1/10 number is close). Why go only part way?
