POSITIVE MOMENTUM

While the Russell 2000 is up only 0.5% today, the y2k index is up nearly 1%. The momentum is strongest in the sector in TPRO( which benefitted from the WSJ story)and many of the stocks showing strength last week. SEEC is a new addition to the strong stock list.
