Ron, Normally I agree with what you have posted, as I'm a bit skeptical on the market as you are. However, with this company, I believe they intend to follow thru. To date, Radica management has done everything they said they would do, without exception. Not likely to change now, especially when the price is low and the EPS are high. It is to their advantage as well as ours, IMHO.

<"Not likely"> Are you kidding?? Stock buybacks are one of the best ways to boost shareholder value...

- It shows the company is bullish on their own stock outlook.

- You get an initial pop in price when the buying occurs.

- Most importantly, the float and outstanding shares are reduced and that has a more permanent, lasting effect.

- and don't foirget the last time Radica bought back shares was about a year ago, and look what the stock price has done since then.
