Mr. Steve Borgdine,

I talked to the SEC today and as long as there is an outstanding request for certs, then the MM will have to give the certs to you.

If they have to buy the certs on the open market, then they will.

But this halt does make sense for the shorts. If we are getting close to the number, this is what the shorts would want. The $5 million is coming and that is a major plus for RMIL.

I feel the shorts did everything they could to get this halt to buy themselves time.

Thank You

JK

You are right. Every share must no be called and let the SHORTS feel the power of the shareholders. We have proof that this security was way OVERSOLD by the MM's and other shorts. Now is the time to apply the rest of our shares to the cause, as they can not halt the shareholders calling in the shares in name form.

CALL EVERY RMIL share in NAME form,

PUGS - I called in my certs on 5,000 shares and received them in 3 weeks. But, I kept sitting on another 10,000 so I could jump fast if I wanted to sell. I suspect that I am not alone on such a position. My inclination now is to call the 10,000, too. And wait this thing out. Obviously, if no trading is allowed, we are stalled in terms of buying, but so are the nays/shorts stalled in their ambition to get us to sell. We can CALL OUR CERTS though while the shorts sit unable to prompt a panic sell. Am I correct in your opinion??
