Is there a single promise in the right-wing agenda that has been kept? Any right-wing initiative that has succeeded?

Used to be that a congressional majority meant something, but I only see progressive initiatives and Obama's democratic agenda succeeding. Wildly.

I can understand the anger among Republicans. To be manipulated, lied to and misled by your own elected officials. They whistled the dog whistle, promised so many things, and delivered absolutely nothing but loss after loss on the very issues they sold you on.

I think the people that actually RUN Iran will pick Khamenei's successor.

In 5 years they might get to enjoy a more open society and decide to pick someone more moderate.

People that accumulate fortunes have a tendency to want things to be a bit more stable.
