Where is Ralph Nader when you need him.

Oh, he's around Mike, he just think the Judge wimped out. Others disagree, of course, I'm just enjoying the spectacle.

I gave my analysis, of course, Microsoft has declared that every tweek to Windows since the original retail release is official part of IE, so of course if you want "upgrades" you have to have IE. I don't think that's so compicated that mere mortals can't understand it, but I can't say how much weight it'll carry with the Judge. Also at some conventional notions of an operating system, but of course non-Microsoftese tech talk don't get no respect from Bill & co. either. We'll see how it shakes out.

Cheers, Dan.
