We were first in per capita spending when Raygun was elected.

That may or may not be true but it's irrelevant to school performance. For all I know, CA spends more now than TX does, but CA is 31 and TX is 2nd.

Thanks again for proving your dying word will be "Raygunnnnnn." That's some political obsession you got there.
