JK,

Did the SEC say they will get a full accounting of the current # of shares outstanding for RMIL?? Seems to me that they should be able to also track down the actual # of shares currnetly held also.

JK: It is always just 10 days, until it is renewed, at which time it is just 10 more days, until it is renewed, etc., etc., etc...... 10+10+10+10...etc. can add up to a long time.

That is how it works. The SEC never announces an indefinite halt, nor a halt for any time period other than 10 days, to the best of my knowledge.
