So, it is your contention that the Constitution, and the right to the Freedom of Association that you aptly quoted earlier, only applies to "underrepresented minorities".

What about the counties and states in which Whites are "underrepresented minorities"?

Likewise, how did underrepresented minorities manage to elect a Black man as POTUS?

Also, is it fair and justified for a people who comprise 13% of the U.S. population to have a 50% say in the nation's affairs?

By the way, I think you meant to post 62% of the population, not 72%.
