My mistake it is in writing they were to vote their shares towards any new nominees put forward by CEO.The apparent hated CEO ogilvie was being heaved for new blood. Those are chiefs words.Must not have been a pleasant boardroom at that time.I have alos noted on CCB's part it expresses the written permission twice on its accompanying news on property aquisition. Its very clear on their part .Only thing missing if it was given why were shareholders in general not notified through material news disemination?

Not to vote (or cause to be voted) the Common Shares against any resolution to approve the election of Canada Carbon’s management nominees and any resolutions put forward by such nominees until December 3, 2014
