I'm not concerned about the number of EOs written, I'm referring to the nature of them... shit stain is creating new laws and going around the entire legislative branch to do it... that is 100% unconstitutional... please, name one new law that Bush ever created... name one new law and not an EO based on an already existing law... it has NEVER been done because it's illegal...
