Art If the experts say buy, it's time to sell!!

I primarily use technical analysis and to me things don't look good for the short term

I agree later in 1998 we probabally will break 114 again

Look at the bar charts both weekly, monthly and yearly, it's scary

Right now on a monthly bar chart the moving average is about $67 and current price is about $102

We are extremely extended off the moving average and almost always come back to it

Art---seems to me that the bears are out scratching for grubs again. IBM has held its own in this lousy up and down market, even in the face of the Asian fiasco, IBM is making money off of it with the Japanese banks outsourcing work to them. Have you seen any real bad IBM news lately that would make you think that the stock is going anywhere but up after the first of the year?
