CJ, It is an elliptical orbit from 3900 miles to 93 miles above the surface. Doesn't matter. You are assuming you can create an "accurate model" of Mars' atmosphere with relatively few sources of data. And on top of that, you think you can terraform the planet's surface and atmosphere and create something as incredibly complex as Earth's?
