I never said the NETZ product was of any concern. In fact, I have recognized the compatabilty of echoMEDIA and Soliant all along. My record is very consistant --- I am wary of all the selling and the company's failure to report. I am pleased that you added more shares, if this stock turns into a hundred bagger, either from $0.17 or $0.01, I will still be very pleased. Although, I did not understand the part about Santa in your message. Is there a rumor that echoMEDIA is going to make a deal with him? I heard he has huge client base, one of the most efficient delivery systems in the world, and only appears when know one is awake. With respect to the newsrelease, it appears that echoMEDIA has entered into a letter of intent to work together and are negotiating an agreement that will include: 1. licensing of Bellcore's Soliant Advertiser(TM) software; 2. custom software development; and 3. co-marketing of a broad-based web advertising solution. I do not see the mulah instantly pouring into echoMEDIA from this. However, I am again pleased that SAIC and NETZ are looking for common ground, and I am especially pleased that SAIC is negotiating an agreement with EM, since it is feasible to expect that SAIC will require that NETZ becomes a reporting company if they want to do business with an organization such as SAIC.
