Hate has a lot to do with Rigby's death. Rigby's assailants were raised as Christians. Not that their upbringing had anything to do with their murderous spree. I doubt if many inhabitants from Syria, Iraq, Iran are happy that foreign countries are using their motherland as some kind of punch bag for political and economic purposes.
