If so how can they bennifit? This will give them more time to 1 Gather more funds so they can a) short more stock b) cover their position 2) They may be complaining that the company(RMIL/OVIS) should be issueing more shares because of prior dealings. (Does anyone know if Mork is suing the company for more shares). These ten days should be interesting at the very least.
