Well, for the first time I think there may be a fair number of unconverted warrants. That is too bad.

Patti,
I agree with you. However, I think the recovery will be slow going though - unless a steady stream of good news keeps it going. I think there a quite a few people who ended up converting warrants that they did not expect to have to. And those folks might put selling pressure on BNGO on the way up as they hit break even points on their overweighted BNGO positions.

I hope that the warrant call goes well. I am cautious though. I get the feeling that this thread might have learned a hard lesson about being to optimistic in forecasting after the Q3 earnings debacle.

Here are a few things that I would like to see:
1. The warrant call is a sucess. I would be satisfied with a %90 conversion rate - hopefully better, but %90 would still be about $15M.
2. With the warrant call behind us, sideline players, institutions, and scared money from Asian markets may come into play.
3. The Darlington deal brings a nice earnings boost to help with the dilution of shares from the warrant call.
4. The Q4 seasonal bump is healthy
5. The January effect kicks in.

I would be happy with a January 31 closing price of 7 1/2, as that is my break-even point.

Hi Patti,
As I said, I hope I'm wrong and it won't be the first time.
