TO ALL: It's time to get serious here. It would appear as though some of the worst fears surrounding this company have been realized. When the SEC halts trading, it is because there is something seriously wrong. I don't think I have seen many stocks ever recover from this type of action. So what's the risk from here? No matter where this stock re-opens (assuming it ever does) the risk is still 100% of your money, like it is in many other penny stocks. Many people had opportunities to sell their SEXI after the trading halts and still come out of their investment with something. It would appear, for all but the extremely risk tolerant, that there is considerable downside risk from here. I won't tell any of you to buy or sell at the opening. It is a decision you must all make for yourselves. This is the time to see what the value of your investment looks like now and ask yourselves if you would essentially take that amount of money, tear it up in little pieces, and flush them. If you can honestly say that wouldn't affect you, fine. I suspect that isn't the case for many of you. The SEC obviously has some serious reservations about what has been going on with this company. If you haven't or won't listen to me, perhaps you will consider their opinion. This is a difficult decision, at this point. The best thing I can say is good luck. Be very, very careful. And as usual, I neither solicit nor recommend sale or purchase of this security. the opinions expressed are purely my own.
