I'm still expecting the '788 patent to publish by the end of this year. IR has confirmed the IP will date from 2015, so the application has likely been filed, and we are in 6-month waiting period for automatic publication. Its also possible the patent app will be filed as late as December (assuming a provisional was filed in Dec '14) and therefore not publish until June '16, so the IP may turn out to be a dead end for disclosure. AACR '16 abstracts are due Dec. 1st, and many competing scientists on the committee (Genentech, AZD) will lay eyes on the pre-clinical data. I suspect Ariad will unwrap the details prior to this, coincident with an IND filing. Caveat: Most of '788 predictions to date have not come to pass.
