Barry: I completely agree with your comment. I also think it is much closer than most think. The flow of very ugly, dominoe-like events out of Asia is accelerating. January-February PC/semi doldrums will exacerbate the funk in our markets, so see them in continuing general downtrend. What none of us knows is whether some event, (probably out of Asia) triggers a complete meltdown. I personally consider it an unavoidable event, but I still hope we can somehow avoid it. Should it occur, there will be negligible concern about the niceties of contractual obligations. It is for this reason that I'll continue to avoid options. Best, Earlie
