Hi Zeev; If this is the retail stock buyer, they must be less bullish
than I thought. I sort of assumed this week would be vertical up.

Couldn't resist buying puts on CSCO for a long term, TXN for a
$5 stock move down, and a little mad money on MSFT for about
$10 down. Reasoning: I know the institutional guys are still trying
to get out of high priced stocks, and now it looks like the retail
buyers aren't going to dig them out. And if we don't post a gain
today, then I expect asia overnight to melt down. (BWDIK)

Zeev, Mohan has been relatively accurate on fundamental shorts, but his timing is less than optimal. This thread has effected my view of AOL but not YHOO. In fact, a friend asked why I closed my AOL short on Friday when the market was down 150+ points, and I said the sucky stock was going back up so I'll take my taco money and run and hit it again another time.

In this market, the basic price volume data tells the truth for the moment and is most accurate. It does take effort to filter SI noise from clouding what the tape says. Best not to ask why, just trade with the trend. I have no idea what's going on with AOL, but blocks were buying this am.
