Materialists have no explanation for the sudden appearance of new life forms .....Back to your pretenses about the supernatural world again, from micro to macrocosm this world is not supernatural enough for you? I 'd grant you a supernatural world on the simple condition we could verify you have a brain/mind first. Your silly tribal beliefs are shallow, mind-warp regurgitation, you have zero proof of anything 'supernatural'.

Actually there is a very fine set of theories for this last 600mil era of rapid evolution from pre-Cambrian ,lets refer to one paleontologist Charles Marshall rebuff of Stephen Meyers simpleminded sentimental fixated theories.

Actually the desperation is all on your end, how do your people still try to use today same demented rebuffed arguments like "The Second Law of Thermo Dynamics" preventing evolution & biogenesis, are you people really that lost or insane? Heard this just the other day on major religious talk radio station, how did they forget the energy input of the SUN? (dimmys like you)

From Wiki , Stephen Meyers page, all you need to know that Darwin was right.

From a different perspective, paleontologist Charles Marshall wrote in his
review When Prior Belief Trumps Scholarship published in Science that while trying to build the scientific case for intelligent design, Meyer allows his deep belief to steer his
understanding and interpretation of the scientific data and fossil records
collected for the Cambrian period. The result (this book) is selective knowledge
(scholarship) that is plagued with misrepresentation, omission, and dismissal of
the scientific consensus; exacerbated by Meyer's lack of scientific knowledge
and superficial understanding in the relevant fields, especially molecular
phylogenetics
and morphogenesis.

The main argument of Meyer is the mathematically impossible time scale that is needed to support emergence of new genes which drive the explosion of new species
during the Cambrian period. Marshall points out that the relatively fast
appearance of new animal species in this period is not driven by new genes, but
rather by evolving from existing genes through "rewiring" of the
gene regulatory networks (GRNs).

This basis of
morphogenesis is dismissed by Meyer due to his fixation on novel genes and new
protein folds as prerequisite of emergence of new species. The root of his bias
is his "God of the gaps" approach to knowledge and the sentimental quest to
"provide solace to those who feel their faith undermined by secular society and
by science in particular

denying the Cambrian explosion happened........Just fuming with evasive waste , anyone familiar that great epoch would never deny evidence that points to emergence of dozens of modern animal groups, very possibly the most important evolutionary event after the origin of life itself. But even at such rapid accelerated rate of change, (perhaps five times faster than today) still perfectly consistent with Darwin's TOE.

Grasping at tectonic shifts, is a mark of desperation..... What waste you are, of course during the last 600mil yrs very active continent & sea shifts had everything to do with animal speciation, are you really so lazy brained & dim? Of course not the entire answer but very much a large factor, like the great oxygen event which we do know happened.

(But then life cannot exist at all because of the 2nd Law of Thermo Dynamics, your totally dishonest apologists are still stupidly pushing this cr@p actively, Francis Collins demolishing Behe's IR years ago. )

Better watch again tulip head, then read your researcher from Texas, 'Big Bang' of Species May Be Explained by Continental Shift

Materialists have no explanation for the sudden appearance of new life forms......And yes, they do have a very elegant solution as posted here, feels good to lie?

Another thing bonzai~buckeroo, remember the Lord's Prayer mentions daily bread, debts & tresspassing which to my minimalist mind suggests food, money & habitat/land which are all very material things. One can wave one's hand towards the sky, claim heavenly abode there, Gengkhis Khan did no less he worshipped a sky god as well. So does ISIS, nice people these 'theists'?

(If you wish to add meaning to this philosophically by metaphor/allegory, you can thank the ancient Greeks for these original thoughts, 500yrs before Jesus and who ruled the 'holy land', turkey, syria & egypt for almost 300yrs)
