I've wondered about that myself..

..if Cheney was the only the number 2 republican in the Bush administration, and we know some of what he was able to amass from the war to re-elect George Bush..

..do we seriously believe the #1 warmonger didn't pull out substantially more

..and the problem would be where to stash it

..you can only buy so much of Paraguay before folks start putting 2 and 2 together
