Let me be direct. You are making a mountain out of a remark that some women would not be offended by. Question: Did he say that remark to his daughter directly? Or was this male talk-----men and women do differ in what they say to each other and what they say to girls or women. Obviously you are offended by his complimenting his daughter. You seem to be obsessed with his complementing his daughter who is quite prettty, beautiful. eom mj
