><>...My dear friend gregor, scripture teaches that we will...><>all be changed ! 1 Cor 15:50-51 50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God ; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed , This means all . Why? Because at the 7th trump our Lord returns to set up His millennium Kingdom. And when our Lord Jesus does return to set up His Kingdom scripture also teaches; Rev 11:15-16 15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. ....All has been completed. 16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, But spirit bodies does not necessarily mean no death .! At this time there will be many spirit bodies that are still mortal (liable to die). They must still be tested... At the end of the 1000 yr. reign of Christ, that is after the discipline and teaching of the Zadok, Ez.44, satan is loosed to go out and test who he may; Rev 20:3 3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season. And then those who still are deceived by him or just plain choose to follow him will then, at that time, experience the second death ! Rev 20:14-15 14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death . 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. _____________ _____________ This may help to understand the distinction betwwen corruptible and ,b>incorruption and between mortal and immortal ...There are vast differences, and Paul sets them out clearly. 53 For this corruptible(flesh), must put on incorruption (spirit), and this mortal #2349 Strongs Gr. thnetos,a soul liable to die , must put on immortality # 110 Strongs, Gr. athanasia = deathlessness, Not Liable to Die. ! (corruptible= flesh. Flesh is decrepid and decayable, it gets diseased and old.... incorruption= spirit. It is not decrepid and or decayable, it does not get old and diseased. mortal Strongs # 2349=thnetos= liable to die.... So this mortal (a soul liable to die must put on immortality Strongs # 110 ( not liable to die, deathlessness). 54 So when this corruptible (flesh) shall have put on incorruption,(spirit) and this mortal (a soul liable to die) shall have put on immortality,( a soul not liable to die anymore) then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. ________________ ________________ Do you understand the, 1st and 2nd resurrection and the 1st and 2nd death? We must understand these in order to make sense of what goes on in the millennium, and why there is this 1000 yr. reign at all, and then what happens at the end of it. Hope it helps Have a good evening Shalom...><>
