That struck me as odd too....

The only thing I can think of is that BRCP shelled out some more cash, or there may be additional investors. I doubt that it's debt.

Bill - I read the 10K and tried to solve the Matridigm puzzel. I can't figure it out. Their is not sufficient data on MatriDigm and amounts aren't identified on Zitel's book because it's an unconsolidated subsidiary.
