It's really pretty simple, Teddy. If the economy was good, interest rates would begin to rise. Instead they are being held down by the fed....

As with most things, its far more complicated than you want to believe and what fits your ideological POV. Nonetheless, the economy is doing very well considering what's happening in the rest of the world.
