You don't have any concept of how much power is being produced by wind around the world......and CA got 11 gigawatts from solar in 2014.. They are steadily chewing into the oil market.......

Keystone doesn't need $100/barrel oil to make sense.
What does it need?

It needs $40. Which it is currently about 10% above that. With summer ending and school starting, prices usually drop. And then there is the Iranian oil being freely available again. That won't prop up prices.
