Health and Human services would also be a category for Walker. Back in the days of Bush one ,he allowed HSA's to be piloted in Wisconsin when Tommie Thompson was governor. Conservatiev people here in Wisconsin love HSA's completely portable and your Tax free money. It explode bank deposits. YThe best part id people shop services and spend thei health care as it is their money not an insurnace companies money.That is the best replacement to Obama care.
