Ok: ........... Valuepro help me get past my natural skeptisium.

I can concede that the court may rule in the favor of Crystallex.
But my heavens what a long shot that must be.

Was it the risk of a negitive ruling that promted Fing and Mr. Opinheimer to LIQUIDATE ??
